Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA), is responsible for acting as the primary liaison between the Board of Pharmacy (Board) and the licensees' whose licenses to practice have been administratively disciplined by being placed on probation under specified terms and conditions. The AGPA performs the most complex analytical duties, serves as a resource and subject matter expert, and performs those functions to ensure the Board's probation program is run effectively and its strategic objectives are met. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask while managing a high-demand workload.

The incumbent works up to 40 hours per week in the Board's main office setting, with artificial light and temperature control. The use of a personal computer, telephone, copier and fax machine is essential to the duties of this position. The position requires bending and stooping to retrieve files, sitting and standing consistent with office work, and occasional light lifting of no more than 25 lbs.
