Join Our Team as a CIM Planner!

This is a CIM Planner (Computer-Integrated Manufacturing) who MUST HAVE a background in Supply Chain in the apparel industry.

Are you a highly analytical and detail-oriented supply chain professional with a passion for optimizing product flow and ensuring customer satisfaction? Randstad is seeking a CIM Planner to join our client's (a major, well-loved, clothing manufacturer) dynamic team and play a critical role in managing their product supply for the US market across all four primary channels: Main-line, E-commerce, Outlet, and Wholesale.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for balancing product need with supply capabilities at the PC9/size level. You'll be instrumental in ensuring fill rates exceed 92% and their inventory turn aligns with financial targets.

This role covers approximately 800-1,000 active product codes and manages an annual buy of around 15 million units or $175 million. You will interact with approximately 20 business partners, making strong collaboration and communication skills essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan inbound supply to accurately match demand signals.
• Ensure fill rates consistently exceed 92%.
• Drive inventory turn and units/$ to align with financial commitments.
• Proactively communicate shipping risks to cross-functional partners.
• Issue precise purchase orders at the PC13/delivery date level.
• Convert demand into pre-packs and case packs as needed.
• Manage inventory transitions by offering units to alternate accounts or Asset Recovery at the end of each season.
• Review requests for additional goods, providing reservations or availability dates to requesting accounts.

What You'll Bring:

• A 4-year degree.
• 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain, specifically working with vendors in the apparel industry.
• Strong analytical skills with an advanced Excel background.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to summarize complex information (story-telling).
• A curious mindset and a willingness to delve into details to find solutions.
