Customer Success Engineer

Description:

Penguin Ai is growing fast, and we're looking for experienced Customer Success Engineer / Technical Account Managers to support our expanding client base. In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for our customers, driving implementation, adoption, and long-term value from our Digital Workers and AI platform.


Responsibilities

  • Customer Implementation & Support: Lead onboarding and rollout of Penguin Ai's platform and Digital Workers. Guide clients through implementation plans, integrations, KPIs, and milestones.


  • Use Case Development: Partner with customers to identify, design, and deploy new Digital Worker and Agent use cases that solve real business problems.


  • Training & Enablement: Deliver onboarding sessions, lead user training, and create helpful documentation to drive adoption and enhance user experience.


  • Product Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer, gather insights, and work with our product and engineering teams to refine features and functionality.


  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with sales, engineering, marketing, and leadership to ensure an excellent end-to-end customer experience.


  • Retention & Expansion: Proactively manage customer satisfaction, reduce churn, and identify opportunities for account growth and expanded platform usage.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in customer success/ account management, or data science
  • 3-5 years of experience in Healthcare Technology
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills and relationship-building abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and software development principles.
