As a Consulting Manager, you will lead clients through complex business challenges by delivering strategic solutions and driving impactful outcomes. You'll manage end-to-end project execution, build trusted client relationships, and guide teams through every phase of delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of large, complex workstreams from initiation to completion.
  • Translate business challenges into actionable strategies through data analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct data analysis and build business cases to support strategic decisions.
  • Design and present compelling, executive-level presentations.
  • Facilitate workshops to uncover insights and co-create solutions.
  • Develop data-driven strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and align with organizational goals.
  • Manage detailed project plans, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with client expectations.
  • Foster long-term client relationships through consistent value delivery and advisory support.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in management consulting, with a focus on technology and process optimization.
  • Proven experience in digital transformation, including vendor selection, solution deployment, program management, and change management.
  • Focus on process optimization, with hands-on experience developing and implementing process playbooks
  • Demonstrated success leading workstreams and delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Strong project management skills with expertise in Agile and Lean methodologies, and proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Creative thinker with a track record of innovative problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to be on-site with clients 3 days per week (typically in the Bay Area).
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
