Support unit managers fiscally by providing training and guidance in accounting principles and financial management. Manage customer invoicing processes, including core business and project work invoicing. Oversee accounts receivable, collections, cash application, and reporting. Compile journal entries for period close. Coordinate with the Finance Director on budgeting and forecasting procedures. Support operations with new business implementation and oversee transition processes related to billing, payroll, and reporting. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly management reports, rebid and lost business reports, and weekly business owner reports. Provide financial guidance on client returns, revenue, and profitability. Analyze budgets and forecasts, monitor variances, identify trends, and suggest improvements. Maintain accurate documentation for all financial transactions and ensure timely reporting. Create reports, spreadsheets, and maintain databases for data organization. Track regional initiatives and compliance with corporate policies. Perform other duties as assigned.
