Job Details

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in data science or a related role.
Strong preference for candidates with retail data experience

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scala.
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Strong understanding of statistical models and machine learning techniques.
Proven ability to understand the data ecosystem, can pull out insights & tease out the patterns with that data
Having knowledge of different statistical packages and correct model application based off business questions & analysis at hand
Strong exploratory data analysis (EDA) capabilities with a knack for storytelling through data.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
