The Community Relations Coordinator will be responsible for leading all outreach and community engagement efforts for River to Coast Children's Services (RCCS). This includes coordinating a regional initiative to expand awareness and access to Transitional Kindergarten (TK) and Universal PreKindergarten (UPK) across 11 Western Sonoma County School Districts in partnership with the Sonoma County Child Care Planning Council (CCPC). The role will also be responsible for managing RCCS's website, Facebook, Instagram, and local parent group communications, while also representing the agency at community events and meetings. RCCS is looking for a proactive, digitally savvy individual who is passionate about early education access to join our team in making a meaningful impact in Western Sonoma County.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher in early childhood education, social work, or a closely related field preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in community/outreach engagement, childcare subsidy programs, public education, family services or closely related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable engaging with diverse populations.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships with schools, agencies, and community organizations.
