A Leading Beauty Retailer is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. This is a hybrid, contract role in San Francisco. In this role, you will manage employee relations and work on various HR processes, including employee profile changes and managing requests in Service Now and SuccessFactors! This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented quick learner who is excited about building their experience within the Human Resources space in a fast-paced environment.

** This is an hybrid, contract role in San Francisco, CA. Pay will be $25/hr**

Responsibilities:

• Manage employee profile changes, including new hires, internal transfers, job changes, promotions etc in Success factors, ensuring data accuracy.
• Respond and resolved to tickets efficiently through Service Now Tickets.
• Handle and respond to subpoenas and legal documents.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree preferred (BS/BA)
• SAP HRIS system experience
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with Service Now Ticket system and SuccessFactors is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent time management and productivity-focused work ethic.
