The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for local store marketing and recruiting new Grocery Outlet Operators. You will develop strategies supporting individual stores, generate leads for AOT recruitment, and collaborate on digital initiatives including Social Media, PPC, SEO, display, video, and other channels. You will work with the Senior Director of Digital Marketing and external vendors to formulate strategy, manage planning, and track performance. Your goal is to drive qualified traffic to Ownagroceryoutlet.com, increasing leads in the AOT pipeline, and establishing KPIs and dashboards for performance monitoring.
