The Director Of Strategic Analytics will report to the Senior Director Of Strategic Planning And Intelligence. To guide decision-making and innovation, we seek a leader to partner closely with our Data and Analytics team, focusing on four key areas:

• Behavioral Analytics: Lead comprehensive data-driven analyses to understand player behaviors, motivations, and evolving preferences, informing strategic decisions.
• Enterprise Metric Design: Develop and define metrics & KPIs for senior leadership, ensuring tracking of strategic objectives and company performance.
• AI Expansion: Guide the strategic implementation of AI within analytics, establish workflows, promote best practices, and demonstrate measurable value from AI initiatives.
• Data Strategy: Formulate and implement a data strategy to leverage datasets, enabling nuanced analysis and efficient AI training at scale.

Your Experience & Skills

• 8+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or analytics-driven roles.
• Expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong presentation skills for complex analytics.
• Passion for gaming and understanding of industry trends is advantageous.
• Experience with AI tools to optimize workflows.

This role is on-site/hybrid (3 days/week) at Redwood Shores or Del Rey EA studios.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range in California (depending on location) is $185,300 - $278,800 USD. Benefits include paid time off, sick leave, holidays, parental leave, insurance, 401(k), and potential bonuses/equity. Exact compensation depends on experience and location.
