We specialize in water, fire, and mold remediation and full rebuild services, helping customers recover from unexpected property damage. As a young business, we are still building our systems and workflows—which means this role will evolve quickly and often. Job responsibilities may shift frequently as we grow, and we're looking for someone who can adapt and help shape what the role becomes.Overview of the PositionWe are hiring an Office Administrator to support both field operations and internal administrative functions. You'll work directly with the owner and team to manage communication, track job progress, maintain organization, and help ensure the company runs smoothly day to day. This is a key support role that involves a mix of customer service, internal coordination, and operational tasks.Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Assist the owner with various day-to-day tasks and priorities- Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing updates and follow-ups- Coordinate with technicians in the field to track progress and provide support- Write and send daily job status recaps to customers and to the owner- Call vendors and third parties to follow up on invoices and payments- Keep the warehouse clean and organized- Maintain and update spreadsheets used for tracking jobs, materials, and billing- Place material orders as directed by the owner- Take on additional admin responsibilities as the business growsSkills and Qualifications- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and general office software- Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities- Professional demeanor and a strong sense of accountability- Positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in on a wide range of tasks- Detail-oriented and organizedBonus Points:- Experience supporting restoration, construction, or trades-based businesses- Prior experience in administrative, dispatch, or customer service rolesGrowth PotentialThis role is ideal for someone looking to grow with a small business.
