A luxury lifestyle brand is hiring a Senior Director of Digital Product Management to help lead its digital transformation. You'll manage a team, own key initiatives—including a full website overhaul—and collaborate across the business to deliver seamless, high-impact digital experiences.

📍 Location: SF Bay Area (Marin), 100% on-site

🧭 What You'll Do:

• Lead execution of the digital product roadmap
• Guide and grow a team of product managers
• Partner with design, engineering, and marketing to ship customer-first features
• Write tickets, clarify requirements, QA releases, and drive delivery
• Use data and testing to increase performance, conversion, and engagement
• Present product vision and progress to senior leadership

✅ What You Bring:

• 10–12+ years in digital product management, including people leadership
• Hands-on experience in eComm, DTC, or consumer-facing web platforms
• Comfortable toggling between strategy and execution
• Familiar with CMS, SEO, analytics, A/B testing, and agile workflows
• Excellent communicator who thrives in fast-moving, high-accountability teams
• Ready to dive in and do what it takes
