We're seeking exceptionally talented, uncommonly ambitious doers who will...

  1. Work with modern AI tools and frameworks to deliver products customers love.
  2. Own and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for key areas of the PeopleReign platform.
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define and build solutions that impact our customers and help achieve our new business, renewal and expansion goals.
  4. Collaborate with and learn from our customers and own the product discovery process through market research and customer discovery.
  5. Think strategically about the level of investment required (MVP, prototype, multi-phase release) to maximize customer value.
  6. Partner with engineering to deliver high-quality products that maximize resource investment, technical complexity, and time to market.
  7. Focus on delivering value to customers in the shortest time possible.
  8. Clearly communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions internally and externally in a way that both technical and non-technical teams can understand.


Ideal candidates will have demonstrated success in these areas...

  1. Consistent pattern of shipping enterprise software users love.
  2. Showcase natural leadership and ability to articulate ideas in compelling ways.
  3. Appreciation for risk and change with an entrepreneurial spirit - from design to product narrative to go to market impact.
  4. Have experience working in agile software development teams oriented towards shipping product quickly, frequently and iteratively.
  5. Enjoy partnering with technical and non-technical business teams, such as selling teams or revenue ops, on product vision, strategy, and execution.


Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
  2. Experience with AI-first applications, IT service management, HR support, and/or customer service is a plus.
  3. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field of study
