About the Role

As the Warehouse Manager you'll lead inventory, procurement, and materials operations at our (San Francisco) Customer Service Center (CSCs). With our award-winning service and innovative mindset, we're shaping the future of inflight culinary experiences—and we want passionate, capable leaders on board.


How You'll Make a Difference

  • Oversee all aspects of food, equipment, and beverage inventory.
  • Ensure financial and operational KPIs are achieved: food cost variance, days on hand (DOH), shrink, accuracy, and fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with Procurement and vendors to optimize ordering, receiving, and inventory controls.
  • Implement perpetual inventory systems, variance reporting, and demand forecasting protocols.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP MM, food inventory systems, and equipment management tools.
  • Align local processes with global supply chain strategy and compliance standards (USDA, FDA, OSHA, HACCP).
  • Lead cost-saving initiatives, ensuring regulatory readiness and efficiency.
  • Ensure standardization and excellence in receiving, warehousing, storage, issuance, and product traceability.
  • Direct and develop a team of 60+ employees including buyers, supervisors, and a union-represented warehouse team.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain/materials leadership in fast-paced or high-volume operations
  • 3+ years of team leadership with unionized workforce and multi-site responsibilities preferred
  • SAP MM expertise and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge of demand planning, vendor management, and lean supply chain practices
  • Proven success leading cost reduction initiatives, process optimization, and KPI performance improvements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—confident working with vendors, leadership, and frontline teams

Additional Strengths:

  • Experience in airline catering, food manufacturing, hospitality, or logistics industries preferred
  • Comfortable working flexible schedules based on business needs
  • Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese) a plus
