Job Details

RELO REQUIRED TO MINNESOTA if not local. Travel will not be considered.

The CFO will work closely with the executive and senior leadership teams to shape the company's financial vision and drive long-term sustainability, profitability, and operational excellence. This role is best suited for someone who has been there, done that—a financial leader with deep real estate finance expertise who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is ready to put structure in place while maximizing performance.

Experience

  • 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience with at least 7+ years in a senior-level finance executive role (CFO, VP, etc.)
  • Extensive experience in real estate finance, construction finance, and/or property management financial operations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex financial structures, real estate development financing, and multi-entity organizations.
  • Strong background in capital structuring, investor relations and private equity or institutional fundraising preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred.
