Description:

The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility, ensuring smooth and effective management. This includes managing all aspects of branch operations such as scheduling, customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory, financial reporting, and safety. The role also involves managing, developing, and motivating branch employees, as well as developing business strategies to meet goals and increase sales.

The selected individual will work at Store #4394, located at: USA CA San Leandro Facility 4394.

Job duties involve contact with customers, including minors; and access to cash, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value. Access may be supervised or unsupervised. The company requires a review of criminal history to protect its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the public.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, or retail operations
  • At least 1 year of leadership or team supervision experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, or retail
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role supervising teams
  • Experience as a Facility or Branch Operations Manager
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields
  • Experience selling paint and related products
  • Experience with timekeeping or CRM systems
  • Willingness to relocate for future opportunities

Travel Requirements: 0%

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week, 7 am to 5 pm
