StaffWizard Corp is an all-in scheduling and time management system that handles the employment process from start to finish. Our objective is to minimize the number of hands required to keep your organization operational. We are currently seeking a full-time Payroll Associate to join our team in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. You will be responsible for entering client payroll hours into our payroll system, verifying and processing wages, taxes, and any garnishments or levies accurately, in accordance with the local jurisdictions' labor laws. Part of the payroll process may also include creating a NACHA file and uploading it to our bank for disbursement.
The Payroll Associate will work under the supervision of the Payroll Supervisor to facilitate our client's payroll within the established framework of StaffWizard, as well as coordinate with various programs and staff to enhance payroll service performance and improve payroll systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has a strong knowledge of payroll rules and practices, with a deep technical background and proven experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver innovative software solutions. We are not offering visa sponsorship for this position at this time.
