Job Details

Responds to routine and emergency calls for assistance and investigates incidents. Patrols the venue and parking lots. Searches guests and their personal belongings using walk through metal detectors, hand wands, pat down searches and bag checks. Checks credentials and tickets for access into restricted areas. Enforces building policies and reports violations. Engages in crowd management activities to ensure personal safety of guests and staff. Is knowledgeable of venue services and provides answers to guest questions. Interacts with guests, vendors and employees in a courteous and professional manner and complies with all legal and ethical instructions given by the Security Management team. Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 0-1 years of related work experience. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
