Maintains restaurant equipment, utensils, and facilities in clean and orderly condition. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Clean and put away all plates, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Operate and maintain dish machine. Take out trash, mop restaurant floors and maintain general restaurant cleanliness inside and out from curb to curb. Bus Tables and maintain dining room cleanliness and sanitation. Receives and stores all orders properly. Assist in food preparation as needed. You can and will be assigned to other and or multiple departments besides your primary job code. From time to time you may be directed to work on special projects or assist with other work necessary or important to the operations of the Company.
