What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Finance and Technology leaders to build and maintain a Finance Data Warehouse/Lake
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the entire software lifecycle to ensure effective system design
- Analyze business and functional specifications to translate them into technical solutions
- Support the development and implementation of Revenue and Expense Analytical solutions
- Maintain a strong control and governance framework for SOX and Audit reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., Oracle, Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft)
- 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and data processing/transformation using ETL/ELT tools
- Good understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and forecasting processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with users across Technology and Finance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with designing and maintaining Finance Data Lakes/Warehouses
- Familiarity with tools for Revenue or Expense analytical solutions, such as Power BI or Tableau
- Knowledge of Dimensional Data Modeling
- Experience working with cloud data solutions like Snowflake or Redshift
- Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
