WGA Consulting is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions. Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the development and deployment of AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze large datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity.

• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to derive actionable insights and drive data-driven decision making.

• Research, design, and implement state-of-the-art AI methodologies and techniques to enhance predictive modeling and optimization.

• Develop and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines and frameworks for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.

• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production systems, ensuring robustness, scalability, and real-time capabilities.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, continuously exploring innovative approaches and tools to improve model performance and accuracy.

• Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a deep understanding of AI solutions and their business impact.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior data scientists, fostering their professional growth and development.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: A Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in AI data science, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex AI projects.

• Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling techniques, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI models.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R, along with experience in using AI libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization techniques.

• Experience with big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) for handling large-scale datasets.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets and propose effective solutions.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $312,982 – $410,288 per year (DOE)

Annual Performance Bonus: Comprised of cash, profit sharing, and ownership equity/stock
