PRC Baker Places is a non-profit residential treatment agency that has provided the San Francisco community with alternatives to institutional care since 1964. Position Overview
The Housing Navigation Team assists clients in the process of locating and obtaining permanent housing by collaborating with San Francisco's Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing, and other external stakeholders.
The Housing Navigation Manager at Baker Places plays a critical role in supporting our Housing Navigation Team through supervision while maintaining client care through utilizing high touch points of engagement with clients, staying service focused, and understanding the barriers of what our unhoused communities face daily by leading with integrity and compassion within this role.
