Their connections to our guests and to each other are what separates SusieCakes from other bakeries.The Production Manager leads the culinary operation by means of baking and building of delicious cakes and other baked goods in house. Develop and train s skills in mixing, baking, and building.Assign daily production to team members and ensure completionEnsure all food is prepared, handled, and stored according to all required food safety code standardsQUALIFICATIONSAssociate degree in Culinary, Baking or Pastry Arts preferred2 years of leadership experience in a team environmentAbility to work in multiple regional locationsAbility to adapt to a flexible schedule according to business needsMust have reliable transportationMust be proficient at Microsoft office(Teams, Outlook, Excel)Support of daily/weekly ordering & receiving, including between 5 bakeriesPrimary liaison of drivers, bakery operations & receiving bakeriesPossesses the ability to identify issues, troubleshoot and find solutionsBilingual strongly preferredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSFrequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching overheadAble to stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to lift, move and carry up to 75 poundsCERTIFICATIONS#J-18808-Ljbffr
