Description:

Are you a natural leader with a passion for operations, organization, and exceptional service? We're seeking a hands-on Manager to oversee our Office Services team and ensure a seamless experience for all employees. In this key role, you'll lead a team of service professionals, manage day-to-day office operations, and help create a welcoming, polished workplace environment.


Shift: Monday-Friday

Pay: $40-$43

What You'll Do

Team Leadership & Daily Operations

  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of Office Services Associates
  • Delegate responsibilities, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain service quality
  • Foster a collaborative, positive team culture
  • Provide coaching and conduct performance reviews

Office Experience Management

  • Ensure all common areas, conference rooms, and shared spaces are clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Coordinate with janitorial and maintenance teams to address facility needs
  • Streamline systems for document storage, mail, and inventory management

Exceptional Client Service

  • Be the go-to contact for any office service needs or concerns
  • Proactively identify and resolve service issues
  • Consistently deliver a white-glove experience to all employees

Vendor Relations

  • Manage relationships with service providers, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Review contracts and service agreements for effectiveness and value
  • Evaluate vendor performance regularly and resolve service issues

Support Meetings & Events

  • Help coordinate logistics for internal events, meetings, and conferences
  • Arrange room setup, A/V needs, and catering
  • Ensure smooth day-of execution for all office-hosted events

Ongoing Learning & Training

  • Participate in ongoing training (including through our Cornerstone platform) to grow in your role and support team development

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years in a leadership or office operations role
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Excellent people skills—able to build rapport and manage both team and client relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
  • Comfortable with multitasking and changing priorities
  • Professional, positive, and approachable demeanor
