The Site Supervisor of Extended Day & Camp Programs plays a critical leadership role in developing, coordinating, and supervising high-quality, joyful, and developmentally appropriate extended day and camp experiences for elementary-aged children. This position drives logistics, staff supervision, student supervision, and family engagement. The Site Supervisor ensures a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment while upholding program standards, policies, and procedures. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership position requiring strong organizational, communication, and child development skills.
