This is a hybrid role (40% remote and 60% onsite) in San Francisco, CA.

About the Job:

As a Channel Sales Executive on the Latin America Partnerships team at Odoo, you will be focused on actively pursuing warm leads and recruiting new organizations to enhance Odoo's partnership network across the Latin American region. Partner organizations gain access to Odoo's product suite, allowing them to effectively sell and implement our products alongside their offerings. You will manage key business relationships within a designated territory and receive specialized training within the Odoo ecosystem to close deals successfully and handle customized software implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct partnership recruitment for Odoo ERP software, utilizing data analytics, CRM score tracking, and BANT strategy evaluation.
  • Develop strategies for revenue growth leveraging the Odoo lead scoring system, projecting business revenue, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and customizing Odoo ERP software for clients with Python and SQL.
  • Analyze strategic changes and report key metrics by extracting data, analyzing trends, and creating dashboards in Odoo software for managerial reporting.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by accurately forecasting, effectively managing pipelines, and advancing deals to closure within projected timelines.
  • Work consultatively to design and negotiate tailored implementation packages with potential partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in a business-related field) or equivalent education and experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (professional or native/bilingual).
  • Strong awareness of software and new technologies.
  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • A genuine curiosity about business operations.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000-$90,000 OTE (on-target earnings), with a base salary range of $50,000-$70,000. Actual salaries may vary based on education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
