Base pay range

$212,000.00/yr - $469,000.00/yr

Role Overview

As a Data Scientist at Kikoff, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Data Engineering, Marketing, and Operations. Your role involves applying technical skills, analytical thinking, and product intuition to help our customers improve their financial security. Your responsibilities include:

1. Product Leadership: Use data to shape product development, identify new opportunities, set goals, anticipate challenges, and ensure our products deliver value to customers.
2. Analytics: Develop hypotheses and employ various analytical methodologies, frameworks, and techniques to test them.
3. Communication and Influence: Effectively communicate data insights and influence stakeholders through compelling data stories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• At least 2 years of experience in analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, experimentation design, and analytical techniques like regression and decision trees.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative attitude, humility, and curiosity.
