HealthFitness has great opportunities for part-time, temp (20-25 hours/wk for 3 months) FRONT DESK ATTENDANTS at our client site located in South San Francisco, CA. In this position, you will greet, check-in and assist customers; provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction. You will also keep track of members entering and exiting the facility as the site is at 50% capacity. At least one male and one female are needed to check locker room capacity.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
