POSITION SUMMARY
The Program Strategy Analyst will provide support on strategy development and will be a key member of the Foundation's Program Development Team, which identifies and develops new partnerships and opportunities to advance our singular goal and current grantmaking initiatives.
The Program Strategy Analyst will conduct qualitative and quantitative research and analysis in support of grantmaking and strategic partnerships, planning, and executing key projects; prepare clear and compelling presentation materials; and may be involved in the initial screening of potential grantees, preparing docket materials, and monitoring ongoing grants.
Reporting to a Director of Program Development, the Program Strategy Analyst will also work closely with the grantmaking initiatives and New Initiative in Development teams, Chief of Staff and Planning, and VP of Program Development to support projects across the Foundation's grantmaking portfolio, including opportunity identification and assessment, initiative strategy and research, new partnerships, and internal learning.

Foundation staff continue to work remotely during the pandemic but will shift, in 2022, to a hybrid in-person/remote work arrangement at the San Francisco and Los Angeles offices, when it is deemed safe.
