About the Role
The Employee Relations Specialist will independently manage ER cases and plays a lead role in resolving complex employee relations matters, supporting leaders through escalated team challenges, and driving policy alignment across functions. You'll be responsible for assessing risk, conducting independent investigations, and advising stakeholders on appropriate interventions—especially in situations with operational impact or reputational sensitivity, but which fall below the legal threshold for ER escalation.
