Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Job Summary

Responsible for taking food and beverage orders and delivering items efficiently to guests in the dining room.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Greet guests warmly and take orders following established service steps.
2. Deliver food promptly, maintain sanitation standards, and assist guests as needed.
3. Understand menu items, advise guests, and accommodate dietary requests.
4. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure correct order delivery and special requests.
5. Communicate effectively with guests and staff, remaining flexible and patient.
6. Handle tickets and cash transactions properly.
7. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dining environment.
8. Respect confidentiality regarding guest information.
9. Address guest complaints promptly and relay issues to supervisors.
10. Set up and clean the dining area before and after service, adhering to sanitation standards.
11. Operate various equipment safely.
12. Collaborate with other departments during special events.
13. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior serving experience and food handler certification preferred.
