This role is central to maintaining a welcoming, efficient office environment while supporting employee engagement initiatives, HR administrative inquiries, and various internal events. You'll wear many hats, provide administrative support, helping plan team activities, and assist with tax team operations-especially during peak seasons. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is proactive, portrays a go-getter mentality and eager to provide exceptional service to the firm.What it Means to Work for EisnerAmper: You will get to be part of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industryYou will have the flexibility to manage your days in support of our commitment to work/life balanceYou will join a culture that has received multiple top "Places to Work" awardsWe believe that great work is accomplished when cultures, ideas and experiences come together to create new solutionsWe understand that embracing our differences is what unites us as a team and strengthens our foundationShowing up authentically is how we, both as professionals and a Firm, find inspiration to do our best workWhat Work You Will be Responsible For: Employee Engagement & Event PlanningPlan and execute monthly employee engagement activities.Organize annual special events such as the Holiday Party, After Busy Season Party, and Kick-Off events.Create and maintain shared team calendars.Collaborate with Office Operations Managers across locations for company-wide initiatives.Be the first point of contact for office specific HR inquiries.Support EA Cares and Employee Resource Group (ERG) events.Assist with in-office client and marketing events.Coordinate town hall planning, including preparing PowerPoint presentations.Submit monthly expense reports.Onboarding & Internal CommunicationsCoordinate new hire onboarding: send welcome emails, order badges, liaise with recruiting, and prepare workstations.Maintain and update the California office's SharePoint page.Office ManagementProvide receptionist coverage as needed.Support document handling through tools like DocuSign.Manage calendar and assist with meeting scheduling.Oversee incoming and outgoing mail and shipping.Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies.Coordinate office meals during busy seasons and special events.Maintain office cleanliness, including running the dishwasher and tidying common areas.Perform general clerical and administrative tasks as needed.Tax Team SupportAssist the Tax team with administrative support, particularly during busy seasons.Basic Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent2 years of experience as a office assistant in a professional setting preferredPreferred/Desired Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TeamsExperience with Canva or similar design tools is a plusFamiliarity with SharePoint is preferredNotary Public certification is a plusExperience with administrative and clerical proceduresStrong organizational skills and ability to follow through on pending open tasksExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood time management skillsAble to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as requiredAbility to balance multiple priorities and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlinesAbility to quickly adapt to changing client and business dynamicsEisnerAmper is proud to be a merit-based employer.
