Position: Applied AI Engineer, if senior enough can be Head of Engineering
Lead technical excellence and innovation at a well-funded fintech startup. Shape the future of engineering practices while balancing hands-on technical work with strategic leadership.
Responsibility:
- Lead and mentor engineering team
- Drive scalable system architecture
- Define technical roadmap aligned with business goals
- Set engineering standards with hands-on involvement
- Drive quality and innovation in LLM technology
Qualifications:
- Expert in scalable AI systems
- Multi-language programming proficiency
- Track record delivering complex projects
- Strong cloud architecture background (AWS preferred)
- FinTech/banking experience a plus
