What You'll Do

  • Oversee the stock room operations, including building systems for internal Kanban, managing cycle counts, shipping, receiving, and materials management.
  • Align work to support company goals, identify high-risk items, and develop solutions to meet supply needs for manufacturing.
  • Identify gaps and contribute to ensuring team meets supply chain goals and objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Manage inventory with high accuracy, developing best practices for monitoring.
  • Develop cycle count programs, accuracy reports, and dashboards.
  • Ownership of filling manufacturing Kanbans from Stores.
  • Manage outbound finished goods to sterilization and return management of sterile products.
  • Handle domestic and international shipments, including logistics with 3PL partners, hospital logistics, and export documentation.
  • Manage return logistics and documentation for domestic and international returns.
  • Knowledge of storage requirements for refrigeration, corrosive/flammable goods, and chemicals.
  • Ownership of product expiration management.
  • Internal distribution of supplies and engineering materials throughout the company.

Skills

  • Solid knowledge of GMP, ISO regulations, process validation, with experience in medical device manufacturing.
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and deliver tangible outcomes.
  • Experience with ERP systems for inventory and shipping management.
  • Experience with manufacturing transfer and shipping of complex medical devices.
  • Experience managing international and domestic shipping and documentation.
  • Leadership experience in supervising teams to meet goals.
  • Physical ability to lift 40 lbs and experience in crating and palletizing large equipment.

Minimum Requirements

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Preferred: Medical device industry experience.
