The skills gained in this role open doors to rewarding careers in Retail and beyond.THE ROLESBoutique Associate: Support the Service Counter and Atelier teams to enable efficient, elevated, and luxury experiences; curate merchandise and support a seamless retail environment.Style Advisor: Sell clothing and build client confidence through styling expertise; create memorable experiences and foster deep, personalized client connections.Service Advisor: Welcome clients, assist with product matching, process transactions, and support operations at the Service Counter.Inventory Associate: Manage shipments, organize backroom inventory, uphold product display standards, and support cross-channel shopping experiences.Merchandiser: Process shipments, place products on the sales floor, translate product stories, and ensure display standards across the boutique.THE QUALIFICATIONSAspires to develop a personal style aligned with brand valuesWillingness to learn and embody Aritzia's Values and Leadership principlesAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teamsCommitment to quality and adding value to the businessTHE COMPENSATIONThe typical hourly range is $20 - $30, with growth and recognition opportunities through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
