Description:

Akkodis is seeking a Clinical Research Associate for a Contract job with a client in Alameda, CA . Candidates must have prior experience in clinical research or clinical trials and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $52/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Clinical Research Associate job responsibilities include:

  • Monitor clinical sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory guidelines, and timelines.
  • Identify and resolve study discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Train and guide investigators and study coordinators, supporting protocol adherence and corrective actions.
  • Manage clinical documentation, including protocols, CRFs, reports, and correspondence.
  • Support CRA onboarding and training, maintaining tools, templates, and tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, ensuring quality and consistency in clinical operations.


Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in biology, Health Sciences, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in clinical research or clinical trials is essential (typically 2-4 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, Good Clinical Practices (GCP), and clinical study protocols.
  • Ability to independently monitor clinical sites, resolve discrepancies, and support CRA onboarding and training.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $52.00 per hour
