We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator (Field Project Administrator) for a 3-4 month assignment based in Santa Clarita, CA. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who enjoys a dynamic and fast paced work environment.

Here are the key details:

Position: Project Coordinator
Location: Santa Clarita CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (some flexibility required)
Pay Rate: $28-30 hour (depending on experience)
Duration: 3-4 Months

Responsibilities
The Temporary Project Administrator will support the administrative team in the following areas:

Accounts Payable
Perform 3-way match process

Collaborate with Project Manager to generate change orders

Coordinate with Accounts Payable team

Collect certified payroll from vendors

Subcontractor Payments
Prepare and reconcile monthly subcontractor SOVs (Schedule of Values)

Finalize SOVs for payment

Ensure subcontractor compliance by collecting CPRs, insurance, union documents, and relevant correspondence

Communicate with subcontractors to facilitate accurate and timely payments

Monitor and track stop notices and bond claims

Payroll
Collect timesheets from field personnel

Verify cost codes and hours

Accurately input and cross-check payroll data

Equipment
Track and log equipment hours

Reconcile monthly equipment usage

Generate change orders for equipment-related purchase orders

Qualifications
High School Diploma required

1-2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in construction or engineering

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
