Customer Success Manager, Technical Program Manager, Environmental Software Consultant. This role could be called a lot of things. It is ultimately about ensuring customers (manufacturing, mining, transportation, forest products, food & beverage companies) successfully adopt and get ever increasing value out of Mapistry's software for their environmental program and business.The role starts by working with our solutions engineers, who do the technical setup, during onboarding through launch and the use and platform iterations that follow. You will teach front line folks, such as maintenance supervisors, how to use our mobile app for doing their environmental inspections and talk to EHS/environmental teams regularly. You also will work with operations and environmental leaders at customers' sites to understand their environmental program through visualizations/analytics dashboards our solutions engineers create. As the account manager, you own renewals and upsells along with collaborating with Account Executives (AEs) on expansion opportunities. As this is a cross-functional role, you also will be responsible for surfacing customer use cases and feedback to the product team and providing your own input on product enhancements.We believe in a diverse, small team. A successful background could include a combination of prior CSM experience in SaaS, environmental consulting, an engineering/computer science degree or a manufacturing/industrial background. You will navigate environmental needs, customers' business dynamics/needs, and multiple personas in this fast paced and rewarding role. This role is in-person in Berkeley at least 3 days per week with flexibility for remote work (i.e. work a few weeks from an airbnb) and you should expect some travel (1-2 times/quarter) to visit customers.
