Job Title:Senior Business Analyst
Contract Duration: 6+ Months
Pay range $70 - 75/hr
Work Type: Hybrid (80% remote, 20% in person as team reports into the Oakland General Office (OGO) on Wednesdays each week).
Location:Oakland, CA

• The Senior Business Analyst performs analysis on complex datasets models requiring customized reports and data.
• Maintains and updates datasets to reflect real-time business developments.
• Creates daily and weekly metrics related to business strategy and operations.
• The Senior Business Analyst presents findings and recommendations to leaders.
• Manages small to mid-size projects, including confidentiality review and other support functions.

• Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience Min: 4 years of related work experience

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with demanding time constraints.
• Adaptable to changing business conditions and ambiguity
• Strong presentation and communication skills to deliver findings and recommendations to various levels of management
• Broad knowledge of different analytical methods, approaches, and tactics
• Knowledge and understanding of key drivers affecting business results

• Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerBI) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Desired: AI experience (e.g., Copilot, Hdata) and Project, Visio, or similar software

• Laptop to be issued & monitors(up to 2) if needed. Personal phone use is required, and a pre-determined amount for cell expense is allowed for reimbursement.
