You Will

This influential position involves developing, implementing, and promoting a safe, accident-free, and healthy work environment. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting safety policy implementation and compliance with regulations.
• Consulting on equipment, facilities, and safety programs.
• Conducting and overseeing training programs, including classroom, OJT, and recurrent training.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and internal policy adherence.
• Designing and delivering training sessions, developing teaching aids, and evaluating trainee progress.
• Maintaining records and supporting safety and SMS programs.
• Participating in safety meetings and hazard analysis to recommend improvements.
• Managing changes in materials, processes, and personnel affecting safety standards.
• Reporting on training progress and performing other duties as assigned.

You Have

To succeed, you should have:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in the aviation industry.
• Ability to pass background checks and hold valid FAA/airport credentials.
• Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work extended hours and in inclement weather.
