About Duckie

We're building a powerful no-code platform that lets customer support teams create their own AI support agents to resolve tickets end-to-end. Teams can design custom workflows, connect to internal tools, and define actions to handle complex scenarios — going far beyond a basic Q&A chatbot. This flexibility lets us support a wide range of industries and use cases, and achieve much higher ticket deflection rates than any one-size-fits-all solution.

We're backed by top-tier VCs, with participation from execs at Netflix and LinkedIn, and even our earliest customers. We are generating revenue and growing very fast.

The Role

We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience who loves building and shipping fast. You'll work across our stack — from building backend infrastructure, AI agentic systems, running LLM evaluations, to making UI fixes when needed.

What You'll Work On

• AI Agent platform: Build the backend systems that power AI agents to resolve support tickets end-to-end.
• Workflow engine: Design and implement tools that allow customers to create custom workflows without writing code.
• Infra & scale: Own core systems and infra as we scale, including performance, reliability, and observability.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Backend generalist (Python, Typescript, vector db, AWS).
• Strong interest or experience in applied AI/LLM
• Bonus: prev founder, startup experience, active contributor to open source projects (show us your GH!!).
