Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help reimagine how advertising monetizes the item details page on Walmart, especially through video experiences. You will build industry-defining ad experiences at scale that enable Walmart suppliers and sellers to reach shoppers with relevant ads and high-performing campaigns, enhancing the shopping journey for customers.

What you'll do

  • Drive the product lifecycle from requirement definition, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs, and launch efforts.
  • Define vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise and industry best practices; identify market opportunities, build business cases, and set objectives.
  • Conduct industry and competitive analysis to understand emerging advertising trends and identify new opportunities. Perform customer research to define segments and needs to inform the product roadmap.
  • Develop and enhance products by managing roadmaps, aligning business and technical needs, analyzing data, translating insights into initiatives, determining rollout strategies, and managing risks.
  • Build collaborative relationships with key partners by aligning priorities, communicating roadmaps, and gaining executive buy-in.
  • Partner with internal advertising sales and retail teams to create compelling experiences that benefit shoppers and advertising clients.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • Passion for solving complex problems.
  • Strong business judgment, analytical skills, problem-solving, and ability to prioritize technical requirements.
  • Strategic and tactical thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Test-and-learn mentality and experience working in an agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in video advertising.
  • Experience with AdTech / MarTech, especially in Sponsored Products, Sponsored Search, or Paid Search.
  • Experience in defining product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • An MBA is a plus.

Locations and Salary

San Bruno, CA: $117,000 - $234,000 annually
Hoboken, NJ: $108,000 - $216,000 annually

Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and stock options.
