Oversee the Digital Innovation team at Banana Republic.
Develop and own the e-commerce product roadmap in alignment with overall brand and business objectives.
Design and implement the A/B and multivariate testing roadmap in partnership with cross-functional teams to improve conversion, user engagement, and customer experience.
Work closely with internal development teams to ensure digital initiatives are aligned to brand priorities and are delivered on time.
Serve as the operational lead for large-scale digital moments (i.e. Peak Holiday), ensuring flawless execution of major launches, campaigns, and site/app updates.
Act as the first point of contact for urgent site issues or outages, leading incident responses and communicating updates clearly with key stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for innovation and growth across the digital ecosystem.
Partner with analytics, UI/UX, and marketing teams to derive insights from digital enhancements and hypotheses testing.
Continuously monitor trends, cultural shifts, and emerging partners in the digital space.
7+ years in e-commerce, digital operations, or product management roles with increasing responsibility.
Proven success leading digital roadmaps and e-commerce experimentation programs.
Strong understanding of A/B testing tools (i.e., Optimizely) and analytics platforms (i.e., Adobe Analytics).
Experience managing QA processes and seasonal readiness for large-scale brand moments.
Collaborative mindset, with desire to foster partnership and conceptual integration with key cross functional teams (i.e., marketing, site merchandising, development, UI/UX, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, understand business challenges and recommend effective implementation plans designed to drive results.
