What you will do:
•Dispose of dumpsters at the beginning of each shift.
•Monitor the floor daily for finished pallets that require wrapping.
•Manage the flow of materials between picking and wire/pipe production.
•Ensure timely delivery of materials to designated route staging areas for correct loading.
•Regularly check the wire staging area for finished pallets that need to be moved to designated route lanes.
•Communicate progress and potential issues with immediate supervisors and managers.
•Collaborate with team members and leads regarding pallets and housekeeping tasks.
•Consult with the lead during slow periods to receive the next task.
•Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
•Adhere to 6S principles.
•Perform other duties as assigned.

What you will bring:
•Electrical, Industrial and/or distribution experience preferred but not required
•High School diploma or G.E.D.; or
•6 months of related experience and/or training; or
•Equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Time management

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
•Occasional lifting and pulling objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
•Warehouse environment

Shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm

Location: This role is based in San Leandro, CA

Salary Range:
•This is a non-exempt position and pays between $18.80 - $22.95 per hour. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location within California. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
