Responsibilities

• Lead project controls processes with the internal project management team to ensure project deliverables are within budget and schedule, focusing on utility projects (distribution and/or transmission).
• Develop, implement, and maintain cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts.
• Manage schedule, earned value, and cost control.
• Plan, schedule, and control engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
• Analyze project control reports, present findings, and recommend actions.
• Ensure project setup in SAP and Primavera, including WBS creation and logic ties.
• Manage change orders and monitor resource loading.
• Develop and present cash flow and earned value reports.
• Ensure quality checks on project controls deliverables and serve as a technical contact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or applicable experience.
• At least 4 years of project controls experience.
• Ability to work independently, think analytically, and make quick decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Oracle Primavera P6.

Wage Range

$45.00 - $55.00/hour
