At PwC, our deals team provides strategic advice and support to clients in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They analyze market trends, assess opportunities, and develop strategic frameworks to guide clients through complex transactions, helping maximize value and achieve business objectives.

The role involves leading analysis for strategy and diligence projects, managing teams, and collaborating with specialists to generate insights and client recommendations. You will also mentor junior staff, develop strategic solutions, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities include:

• Guiding teams to identify key performance indicators and strategic solutions
• Managing client relationships with a focus on strategic execution
• Mentoring and developing junior team members
• Collaborating to generate insights and recommendations
• Utilizing analytics tools and languages (Python, SQL, R, etc.)
• Maintaining high standards of quality and ethics

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of experience in consulting, analytics, or strategy

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management or Quantitative Finance
• Experience leading team analysis for strategy projects
• Proficiency in managing large datasets and data visualization tools
• Strong collaboration skills with strategy specialists
