What You'll Do

• Greet guests and document their concerns with clarity and empathy
• Write and manage service repair orders from start to finish
• Build accurate digital estimates and recommend preventive services
• Coordinate technician workflow and keep customers informed in real time
• Finalize invoices, explain completed work, and schedule future appointments
• Uphold high standards through proper documentation and KPI tracking

You're a Fit If You Have...

• 1+ year in sales, hospitality, call center, or any guest-facing role
• Tech confidence: 50+ WPM typing, and ease with multitasking across screens, phones, and chats
• Strong communication skills; Spanish/English bilingual is a plus
• A valid driver's license and a clean, insurable driving record
