Position Summary
This role is responsible for inspecting, packing, and organizing fired tile, ensuring each order is accurate and meets quality standards. Key tasks include identifying defects, recording tile losses, packing tile into boxes, and staging finished product according to the correct client order. Once complete, all work orders must be accurately entered into Netsuite.
The role includes an eight-month training period and requires developing a strong understanding of our full glaze range, acceptable glaze variations, tile sizes and shapes, and quality control (QC) standards—which may evolve over time. Success in this role depends on attention to detail, consistency, and adaptability.

This position is a full-time, non-exempt, on-site role at our San Francisco Factory & Showroom. The hours for this position are 5:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The rate for this position is $25.00/hr.
