Position Overview


This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Showroom Sales professional located in our San Francisco, CA showroom. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as managing showroom, effective communication with clients, providing exceptional customer service, utilizing sales techniques, and applying interior design knowledge to showcase our unique products.


Key Responsibilities


  • Open and close the San Francisco showroom Monday through Friday.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom space—this includes organizing samples, inventory, supplies, and literature.
  • Ensure the showroom environment showcases Concrete Collaborative's products effectively.
  • Provide knowledgeable product insights and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects and designers.
  • Book and manage appointments for product presentations, project meetings, and sample organization.
  • Assist clients with product specifications, pricing, availability, and product selection to successfully close sales.
  • Track sample requests and orders, liaising between the factory, customers, and sales team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Capture daily content for social media—photography, video, and stories to engage industry followers.
  • Use CRM systems to track sales inquiries, account management, and other essential customer data.
  • Host events and product presentations within the showroom to engage clients and promote new products or company initiatives.
  • Engage in targeted travel for key market architectural sales efforts as needed.
  • Help out with showrooms in San Diego and New York as needed (flexibility is a plus!).


Qualifications


  • Showroom management and Sales skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Knowledge of Interior Design principles
  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the architectural or design industry is a plus
  • Experience in content creation or social media is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, or related field
