Our client, a major global law firm is looking for an Engineering Patent Agent to join their team.

Open to : Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Francisco, Palo Alto, or Washington, D.C. office.

Varied responsibilities, including, preparing draft patent applications and responses, discussing the scientific aspects of inventions with clients and providing attorneys with a report, acting as a liaison between inventors and Patent & Trademark Office, evaluating and reporting on the technological aspects of inventions and other scientific matters, and identifying and analyzing complex patent issues and problems and implement solutions.

This position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, material engineering, physics, chemical engineering, or other technical fields directly relevant to semiconductor design and processing.

Applicant must be licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office preferred.
